1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-demand periods, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or less accessible areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible while maintaining product safety.
3. Shipping Coverage
Niaazeb currently ships nationwide across Pakistan. We aim to reach all major cities as well as smaller towns through our trusted courier partners. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary depending on your location, order size, and any ongoing promotions. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a certain amount. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customers across Pakistan. This allows you to pay for your order at the time of delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details via email or SMS (if provided). You can use this information to track the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking details, feel free to contact us for assistance.
7. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, or operational disruptions. Niaazeb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, it may result in delays or failed delivery. Niaazeb will not be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once. If the delivery fails due to unavailability of the customer, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-delivery may require additional charges or the order may be canceled.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos or videos). We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, such as replacement or refund where applicable.
11. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us to ensure your order has been successfully placed.
12. Packaging
We take extra care in packaging your items securely to prevent damage during transit. Our goal is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, minor packaging wear may occur due to handling during shipping.
13. Split Shipments
In certain cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse handling. You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
14. Order Modifications
If you need to make changes to your order (such as address or product details), please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible.
15. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipping to certain locations due to operational limitations or security concerns. In such cases, customers will be informed and refunded accordingly.
